not sleeping

i've been having such a hard time sleeping lately. i'm hot. i'm cold. i don't think i'm sick just having sinus problems. every little thing wakes me up! i tried to watch ghosthunters live at the stanley hotel last night but couldn't concentrate so i turned of the tv. i dvr'ed it so if anyone watched it tell me if there was anything cool that happened. i need to try to lay down for a bit longer or i'm so tired at school.
